Neetha Thomas Appointed as Human Resources Director at Aria Holding

Doha, Qatar, July 2025 – Neetha Thomas has been appointed as Human Resources Director at Aria Holding, a multinational conglomerate headquartered in Qatar. In her new role, Neetha will lead HR strategy across the group’s diverse portfolio, including engineering, technology, and business services, while playing a key role in driving talent excellence, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Neetha joins Aria Holding after serving as Head – Corporate & Business HR at Rossari Biotech, where she oversaw strategic HR initiatives across multiple verticals, including talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, and engagement. Her tenure was marked by her ability to drive transformation while aligning people practices to business objectives.

Prior to Rossari, Neetha was Head – People Function at HYPHEN and mCaffeine, where she championed strategic HR, leadership development, and employer branding. At mCaffeine, she played a significant role during the rollout of the company’s landmark ESOP program, aimed at empowering employees and fostering ownership culture. She was also recognized among the Top 30 Startup CHROs in India 2024.

Earlier, Neetha was the Vice President – Human Capital & Administration at LogiNext, where she led diversity and inclusion initiatives, global HR practices, and employee learning strategies. Before that, she served as Head – HR at Unlimit (a Reliance Group company), where she crafted the firm’s first global HR strategy, significantly enhanced employee satisfaction, and transformed HR operations into a proactive, future-ready function.

In her global career spanning nearly two decades, Neetha also held impactful roles in Qatar, including as Regional HR Director at Clover, Organizational Development Manager at Qatar Museums, and Employee Development Specialist at Qatar Foundation, where she led multi-million-dollar L&D initiatives, digital transformation projects, and strategic talent management programs. She began her career with Weatherford, advancing through multiple HR leadership roles, and also worked as HR Consultant at Mannai Corporation.
