Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Preeti Sureka has joined Genpact as Vice President F&A Operations – Global Operating Leader, where she will be responsible for driving financial transformation, leading service delivery across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and FP&A teams, and implementing high-impact strategic initiatives for global clients. Her mandate also includes integrating advanced technologies such as AI, robotics, machine learning, and analytics into Genpact’s F&A solutions while spearheading client value creation and revenue assurance programs.
Prior to joining Genpact, Preeti served as General Manager – Risk Assurance at Pernod Ricard, where she led enterprise-wide risk and control frameworks and ensured regulatory alignment and strategic risk mitigation across global markets. Her tenure at Pernod Ricard was marked by her ability to bring operational rigor and strategic foresight to financial governance.
Earlier, she was APAC Controller at Waters India Pvt. Ltd., overseeing financial strategy, planning, and compliance across the Asia-Pacific region. She led remote teams and drove operational efficiencies while supporting business growth in a geographically dispersed environment.
Preeti also spent over 17 years at PepsiCo, where she held multiple leadership roles including Associate Director – Controls and Reporting, Shared Services, and Financial Planning and Analysis. Her accomplishments spanned seamless transitions to outsourced service models, managing US GAAP and Indian GAAP reporting, balance sheet reviews, internal audits, and driving financial excellence across business units.
She began her finance career with PepsiCo as Assistant Manager – Planning, supporting the East Market Unit in FP&A, and eventually progressed through various roles including Plant Commercial Manager, Manager – Financial Reporting, and Corporate Auditor, building a reputation for analytical depth, financial integrity, and transformation leadership.
