Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, July 2025 – Yasser Algafary has joined Meena Health as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing with him over two decades of diverse and progressive experience in human resources, organizational development, and talent strategy. In his new role, Yasser will lead the HR function at Meena Health, shaping people practices, enhancing workforce capability, and enabling the company’s expansion vision across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Yasser was most recently associated with the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, where he served for nearly 11 years in multiple senior HR roles. In his final position as Director of Organization Development, he spearheaded initiatives focused on transformation, performance management, and capability development. His earlier roles included Head of Rewards & Compensation, Senior Job Evaluation & Compensation Analyst, and Personnel Analyst, where he was instrumental in streamlining compensation strategies, job evaluations, and policy implementation.
Before his tenure at King Faisal Hospital, Yasser worked as a Senior Recruitment Officer at both the National Information Center (Ministry of Interior) and Al Rajhi Bank, where he played a key role in digitizing recruitment through Oracle HR modules and I-Recruitment systems. His efforts in talent acquisition, process automation, and agency management were pivotal in supporting large-scale hiring initiatives.
Yasser began his HR journey with King Faisal Specialist Hospital, where he served for nearly nine years as Employment Representative, laying a strong foundation in recruitment, job analysis, and employment relations. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Swansea University, which further enriched his strategic HR capabilities.
