Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 — Neetu Sidana Thapliyal has joined Stemz Healthcare as the Global Head of People and Culture, bringing with her over 15 years of diverse HR leadership experience across global professional services and healthcare domains. In her new role, Neetu will lead the organization’s global people strategy, focusing on building a high-performance, inclusive, and technology-driven culture that aligns with Stemz Healthcare’s mission of redefining healthcare delivery worldwide.
Before joining Stemz Healthcare, Neetu Sidana Thapliyal served as Director & Head – Human Resources at Forvis Mazars Group, where she led the development and execution of comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business priorities. She played a pivotal role in strengthening employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational learning, while partnering closely with the global learning team to ensure seamless strategic alignment.
Prior to her tenure at Forvis Mazars Group, Neetu spent over a decade at EY (Ernst & Young), where she rose through several leadership roles including Assistant Director – Talent Development and Assistant Director – Strategic Talent Consultant. During her time at EY, she led large-scale HR transformation initiatives across India, the Philippines, and Poland, managing talent portfolios for 8,000+ employees and spearheading projects in talent management, career frameworks, succession planning, and compensation design.
Neetu began her HR journey at Max New York Life Insurance (now Axis Max Life Insurance), where she worked in the Compensation and Benefits (C&B) and Performance Management functions. Her early experience in HR analytics, policy design, and employee recognition laid a strong foundation for her subsequent leadership roles in talent consulting and organizational development.
Neetu Sidana Thapliyal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from the Delhi School of Economics (2007–2009).
