Gurgaon, India, December 2024 – Neha Gulati has been appointed as the Marketing Head for the Dairy category at Nestlé. With over a decade of expertise in brand marketing, customer insights, and innovation, Neha will lead the strategic marketing efforts for the dairy portfolio, driving growth and consumer engagement. Her role will be pivotal in strengthening Nestlé’s position as a market leader in the dairy category.
Neha joins Nestlé after a successful 5-year stint at The Coca-Cola Company, where she held multiple roles, including Senior Brand Manager, overseeing youth-focused brand activation, equity building, and product rollouts. She also contributed to the Charged by Thums Up and Thums Up brands, enhancing customer insights and market presence.
Prior to Coca-Cola, Neha was with airtel for almost 3 years, where she served as National Marketing Manager for GTM strategy and customer insights and as a Regional Distribution Manager handling postpaid business in North India.
Her diverse experience also includes roles as General Manager at Reliance Industries Limited, focusing on strategic operations, and as an Analyst at PwC India, developing foundational expertise in market analysis and business strategies.
Neha is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where she earned an MBA in General Management. At IIM Calcutta, she showcased her strategic acumen by being a finalist in multiple prestigious case competitions. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Hansraj College, University of Delhi.
