Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 – Neha Jadhav has been promoted to the role of Vice President – Talent and Diversity Advisor at Morgan Stanley, marking another significant milestone in her illustrious career with the global financial services giant. In this capacity, Neha will lead efforts to design and implement impactful talent and diversity strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals while fostering an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.

Neha Jadhav has been a part of Morgan Stanley for over 14 years, contributing extensively across various roles in human resources. Prior to her promotion, she served as Director – Talent and Diversity Advisor, where she partnered with HRBPs and business leaders to drive innovative initiatives around leadership development, talent acquisition, and diversity strategies. She also played a key role in conceptualizing and delivering leadership development programs that fostered diverse talent across all levels.

As a Director, Neha supported the Technology business across Mumbai and Bangalore, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning. She actively contributed to global and regional HR projects, such as process reengineering, policy revisions, and building HR analytics dashboards.

Her previous roles at Morgan Stanley include Manager and Associate, where she streamlined HR processes, managed employee life cycle operations, and created analytics-driven insights to enhance employee experience. She began her journey with Morgan Stanley as an Analyst, handling onboarding, reporting, and employee lifecycle management.

Before joining Morgan Stanley, Neha worked as an HR Consultant at Sprint Search & Selection Pvt. Ltd., gaining valuable experience in talent acquisition and HR consulting.
