This move marks a significant step in her upward journey within the organization, reflecting her sustained leadership across brand building, integrated communications, and high-impact client partnerships.
Over nearly eight years with Leo Burnett, Neha Kapoor has demonstrated steady progression through senior leadership roles. She most recently served as Senior Vice President for a little over two years, after spending close to two and a half years as Vice President and around three years as Associate Vice President. This consistent rise underscores her strategic contributions to client growth, team leadership, and business expansion within one of India’s most prominent creative networks.
Before joining Leo Burnett, she was associated with DDB Mudra Group for nearly two years as Director Brand Engagements, where she deepened her expertise in brand strategy, consumer engagement, and integrated campaign leadership.
Earlier, she built a strong mid-career foundation at OgilvyOne Worldwide, spending close to four years in Gurugram as Account Director, followed by a brief stint as Management Supervisor. Her responsibilities reflected end-to-end stewardship of marketing and promotional initiatives, alignment of creative work with business strategy, and close collaboration with internal and client leadership teams.
She also gained valuable experience at Mccann Erickson as an Account Manager for about a year, contributing to high-visibility brand launches, multi-market campaigns, and complex stakeholder coordination.
In her early career, Neha Kapoor served as Senior Account Executive at OgilvyOne for over two years, followed by approximately one and a half years at ENZ communication as an Account Executive. These roles helped shape her agency fundamentals in client management, campaign execution, and translating business briefs into creative and commercial outcomes.
