Lyon, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, March 2025 – Grégory Jourdan has been appointed as Chief People, Communication & Transformation Officer at KESTREL Vision, a global leader in data-driven control and inspection solutions for the rigid packaging, manufacturing, and filling industries. In this role, he will be responsible for driving people strategy, internal and external communications, and transformation initiatives to support the company’s continued growth and market leadership.
Prior to joining KESTREL Vision, Jourdan served as Chief People Officer at Visiativ, where he played a critical role in organizational transformation, talent management, and cultural development for the fast-growing technology and consulting company. His leadership helped establish a robust HR strategy, digital transformation roadmap, and high-performance work culture.
Before Visiativ, he was Human Resources Vice President for Europe, Middle East & Africa at Vertiv, leading HR functions across multiple regions and overseeing workforce strategies for a $4.4 billion company specializing in critical infrastructure solutions for data centers and communication networks.
Jourdan spent nearly seven years at Emerson Network Power, holding roles including Director of HR for Europe, Middle East & Africa, Director of Industrial Systems Division, and HR Director for France. He led HR operations, workforce transformation, and talent acquisition initiatives across global teams.
Earlier in his career, he held HR leadership positions at Cegid and Hewlett-Packard (HP), focusing on talent acquisition, leadership development, and HR transformation.
