Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2026 – Emaar India has appointed Neha Saxena Shenoy as Chief Human Resources Officer, reinforcing its focus on strengthening people strategy and organizational capability as it continues to scale its operations across India.
In her new role, Neha Saxena Shenoy will lead the company’s HR agenda, focusing on talent strategy, leadership development, organizational transformation, and building a high-performance culture aligned with Emaar India’s growth ambitions across key markets.
Prior to joining Emaar India, Neha Saxena Shenoy served as Executive Vice President at Info Edge India Ltd, where she played a pivotal role in shaping people strategy and driving organizational effectiveness across business units.
Earlier, she held the position of Deputy CHRO at Cairn Oil and Gas, where she led talent strategy, employee experience, HR shared services, and diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives for a large and dynamic workforce.
She also served as Human Resources Director at Honeywell, leading HR strategy for multiple large business units, and held key leadership roles at Reckitt, where she drove global diversity & inclusion initiatives and leadership development across multiple geographies.
Earlier in her career, she contributed significantly at Microsoft and Adobe, working closely with leadership teams to align people strategies with business priorities, followed by foundational experience at GE across talent development, diversity, and university relations.
She began her career with Fidelity Investments and Larsen & Toubro, building strong expertise in HR generalist and talent development roles.
Neha Saxena Shenoy holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
