Hyderabad, Telangana, India, April 2025 – Neha Wagh has been appointed as Managing Director – Human Resources at Accordion India, the data and analytics arm of global financial consulting firm Accordion. In this strategic leadership role, Neha will lead HR initiatives across the India office, aligning people practices with the firm’s rapid growth in the private equity space and ensuring robust support for the firm’s consulting teams and capabilities.
Before joining Accordion, Neha Wagh served as Senior Associate Director at KPMG Global Services, where she was responsible for driving people strategy, performance enablement, and workforce transformation. Prior to that, as Associate Director at the same firm, she played a critical role in talent management and organizational development over a period of more than two years.
Previously, Neha held the role of Head of People and Culture at Rubicon Red, where she focused on employee experience, culture-building, and HR transformation initiatives. Her leadership also extended to Wurth IT India, where she worked as Senior Manager – HR, contributing to capability building, talent strategy, and culture assimilation for close to 3 years.
Neha spent nearly 9 years with Tata Consultancy Services, holding a series of impactful roles. As part of the Business Unit HR – Strategy Team, she led HR strategy for Manufacturing and R&D business units. Earlier, as Campus Lead – Talent Acquisition, she drove large-scale hiring from premier institutions, and in her foundational role as HR Generalist, she managed end-to-end employee lifecycle and engagement for BFSI verticals.
