Reflections on 2024:

The year 2024 will always stand out for me personally and professionally. Personally, I saw my son becoming a doctor. But resoundingly on the professional front, the satisfaction I felt when I heard a CHRO of a very large organization saying, “it seems as if the Prajjo Platform is made for our organization.”  It gives me a lot of satisfaction when I witness such appreciations coming my way by many of HR & Business professionals for the Prajjo HRMS. From the days when we decided to conceive and develop a platform that stands apart in the most crowded market on two major accounts.

First, from the organization point of view, to make available an AI & Technology-centric platform that fulfils the needs of every single employee irrespective of their functions in any organization and Second, from the HR point, to make HR not only contribute more to the success of organizations but more importantly HR should be able to calculate the value it creates and ensure its presentation in Annual Reports & Balance Sheets as being done by other functions. The initial success is very heartening, although it is just a beginning. More to come. In a nutshell the year 2024 was full of satisfaction & achievements for me.

Resolutions for 2025:

The journey that was started a few years back with the introduction of Prajjo platform and its achievements in the year 2024, I want to take it globally in the year 2025 with a vision that let the entire HR fraternity globally reaps the fruits of our hard work and innovation. The year 2025 will see more AI-IPR Centric innovative HR & Business products rolling out on the Prajjo platform and taking them world-wide.  We shall be challenging every single limitation coming in the way of making HR effective & efficient.

“2025 will see the global rollout of AI-IPR-centric innovations, empowering HR to drive measurable impact.”

Rajesh Tripathi, CEO, Prajjo Kenbox Technologies Pvt Ltd

Rajesh Tripathi’s reflections on 2024 underscore his dedication to transforming HR through technology and innovation. His vision for 2025 builds on this momentum, aiming to expand the Prajjo platform globally while pushing the boundaries of what HR can achieve. With a focus on AI-driven solutions and empowering HR’s role in organizational success, Rajesh’s journey is an inspiring blueprint for the future of HR leadership.
