Previously, Nicola was the Head of Operations at Allica Bank, contributing significantly during the bank’s ‘Build the Bank’ phase. Over nearly four years, she built and managed a robust operations team, overseeing processes such as customer due diligence, mortgage operations, and treasury operations. Her leadership in change management and continuous improvement initiatives helped establish Allica Bank as a reliable financial partner for UK businesses.
Her earlier experience includes various roles at TSB Bank, where she played a key role in their migration program, overseeing operations and project management initiatives that streamlined branch readiness and customer service operations. Nicola also served as Senior Manager of Service & Ops in TSB’s Commercial Director’s Office, where she focused on customer service strategy, network support, and complaints management, driving service improvements across TSB’s branch network.
Nicola’s earlier roles at Cheltenham & Gloucester and Lloyds Banking Group included Head of Service & Risk and Head of Service & Change, where she was responsible for enhancing customer experience and implementing new governance structures.
