Robert brings with him extensive experience in financial strategy and leadership across various technology companies. At Affirm, Robert will oversee financial operations and contribute to shaping the company’s growth strategy during a transformative time in the financial technology industry.
Robert O’Hare has most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Affirm, where he led Affirm’s finance operations and strategies for over four years. During this time, he played a crucial role in the company’s growth and market leadership in the fintech space. As CFO, Robert will now lead Affirm’s financial direction and operations.
Prior to his role at Affirm, Robert was the Chief Financial Officer at Tile, where he contributed to the company’s financial strategies for nearly a year.
Robert also served as Chief Financial Officer at Spark Networks for approximately five years, overseeing the company’s financial health and strategic planning.
Earlier in his career, Robert worked at Square in Finance & Strategy, contributing to the company’s financial operations and strategic decisions for two years. He also held roles at Pandora, Spitfire Capital LLC, Spectrum Equity, and Thomas Weisel Partners, gaining valuable experience in financial analysis, investment banking, and financial planning.
