Boston, Massachusetts, United States, October 2025 – John Gouzoules has been appointed as Chief Product Officer at Cogitativo, a precision health data science company leveraging AI-driven platforms to transform healthcare. In this role, Gouzoules will spearhead product innovation, strategy, and delivery, ensuring that Cogitativo continues to provide actionable predictive insights that empower healthcare organizations to improve patient outcomes.
Gouzoules has been with Cogitativo for nearly three years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Product Management, where he led product management, marketing, and analytics. His leadership has been central to advancing Cogitativo’s AI platform that enables care teams to take early, preventative action to curb disease progression and enhance patient health trajectories.
Before joining Cogitativo, he was Vice President of Product at Olive, where he oversaw the development and launch of an AI-powered platform designed to optimize payer-provider workflows, accelerating patient care authorizations and improving efficiency. Earlier, as Vice President of Products and Professional Services at Vecna, Gouzoules led global product management, strategic partnerships, and professional services across patient engagement platforms, infection control solutions, and telepresence robotics, while also managing P&L responsibilities.
Earlier in his career, Gouzoules spent over five years at NantHealth as Director of Product Management, where he contributed to building platform-level services for precision medicine and payer-provider collaboration. Prior to that, he held product management roles at Thomson Reuters, where he managed the PORTIA investment management product line, and senior analyst and program manager roles at PNC and Arthur D. Little, focusing on systems design, regulatory compliance, and shareholder program management. He began his career at Fidelity Investments as a Reporting Analyst and Database Developer.
