She was pivotal in designing and executing people projects that advanced Datacom’s growth across the region.

Nicole began her HR career at Westcon-Comstor New Zealand, where she progressed from Regional Sales Assistant/HR Administrator to HR & Recruitment Advisor. There, she was responsible for aligning HR processes with business strategy, managing recruitment operations, and supporting the senior leadership team on key organizational initiatives.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Employment Relations & Organisation Studies and Human Geography from the University of Auckland, underscoring her academic foundation in people and organizational development.
