Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, August 2025 – Nicole Hart has started a new position as Chief People Officer at Northcott. In her new role, she will spearhead the organization’s people and culture strategy, ensuring Northcott continues its mission of building an inclusive society where people with disabilities can live the life they choose.
Prior to joining Northcott, Nicole served as General Manager People and Culture at ACFS Port Logistics for one year, where she was instrumental in leading HR operations and cultural transformation initiatives for one of Australia’s leading port logistics companies.
Before that, she spent more than five years at COPE Sensitive Freight as National People & Culture Manager, where she played a key role in driving strategic HR, industrial relations, talent management, and employee engagement across the organization.
Earlier in her career, Nicole held senior people and culture leadership roles with ComfortDelGro as Manager – People and Culture and InvoCare as People and Culture Partner. She also worked at Canon Australia as Senior HR Business Partner, where she supported HR initiatives at a national level.
Nicole’s professional background also includes entrepreneurial and senior HR management roles. She was Director at Industrial Relations Law Pty Ltd, and prior to that served as a Contractor at Endeavour Energy (previously known as Integral Energy). Her earlier HR leadership experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Automotive Holdings Group, CHEP, and Sony DADC, and as Employee Relations Advisor at Real Estate Employers Federation. With over two decades of experience, she brings a strong foundation in HR strategy, industrial relations, leadership development, and organizational culture.
