New York, United States, November 2025 — Nicole Hausman has begun a new role as Vice President, Product Manager – Open Banking at JPMorganChase. In this position, she will focus on empowering customers to securely and seamlessly share their financial data across fintechs and traditional institutions. She will also lead engagement with third-party partners and cross-functional internal teams to drive the growth and success of the firm’s open banking offerings.
Before this appointment, Hausman served for approximately two years as Vice President, Digital Products Manager at JPMorganChase, where she managed digital initiatives and contributed to building customer-centric product capabilities. Her work in this role strengthened her expertise in digital banking experiences and enterprise-level product execution.
Prior to this, she was a Project Manager at JPMorganChase for a little over two years, where she supported the delivery of key technology and operational initiatives. This phase of her career provided her with deeper operational exposure and project-driven leadership experience.
Earlier, Hausman spent nearly two and a half years as a Business Analyst at Cognizant, where she gained important experience in requirements gathering, systems analysis, and supporting technology-enabled business transformation efforts.
Her career foundation includes operational internships at Atlantic Health System in Morristown, New Jersey, and at UDR in Alexandria, Virginia, which provided early exposure to business operations, customer processes, and organisational workflow dynamics.
