New York, USA, October 2025 — Nicole Holland has been appointed as Chief People Officer at PRR, a certified women-owned, mission-driven agency. In her new role, Nicole will lead the people strategy, driving culture, talent, and organizational development initiatives to support PRR’s growth and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Nicole brings over two decades of rich HR leadership experience across global creative, media, and entertainment organizations. She has consistently championed people-first strategies, DEIB initiatives, and innovative talent programs that strengthen workplace culture and employee engagement.
Most recently, Nicole served as Chief Talent Officer at Johannes Leonardo, where she rebuilt the talent function, implemented career mapping and mentorship programs, and advanced DEIB strategies through partnerships with external experts and creative industry initiatives. Prior to this, she was Vice President of Human Resources at Roc Nation, where she led HR strategy across the US and UK, managed wellness and diversity programs, and spearheaded Covid-related workforce initiatives.
Earlier, Nicole served as Head of People and Culture at Fingerpaint Group, shaping talent acquisition, learning and development, and organizational culture across North America. She also held senior roles as Senior Director of Human Resources at Universal Music Group and Vice President of HR at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, where she drove strategic HR transformation and people development initiatives.
Nicole’s career also includes nearly a decade with Ogilvy, where she advanced to Human Resources Director, North America, leading talent strategy across multiple agencies and managing HR operations for over 400 employees globally. She began her HR journey with roles at YES Network and Springer, where she gained experience in employee relations, benefits, and HRIS management.
Her wealth of experience across advertising, media, music, and creative industries positions her to strengthen PRR’s people strategy and continue building a culture that drives meaningful impact for clients and employees alike.
