Nicolle’s expertise in human capital strategy, coupled with her extensive experience in leadership development, will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth at Ventra Health.
Before joining Ventra Health, Nicolle held the position of Senior Director of Talent and Organizational Development at CROSSMARK/Acosta Group for over three years. There, she led talent strategies during a period of significant mergers and acquisitions, shaping the future direction of the company and driving performance through human capital optimization.
Prior to CROSSMARK, Nicolle was Senior Director of Organizational Development at Southern Gas Association, where she contributed to employee engagement and high-potential development efforts. She also spent six years as Talent, Learning, HRBP, and Development Director at YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), a global leadership community, where she was responsible for the strategic implementation of learning and leadership initiatives.
Nicolle’s career also includes her role as Director of Development at the American Arbitration Association, where she created and led training programs across multiple platforms, focusing on operational excellence and change management.
