Before joining Ventra Health, Nicolle held the position of Senior Director of Talent and Organizational Development at CROSSMARK/Acosta Group for over three years. Prior to CROSSMARK, Nicolle was Senior Director of Organizational Development at Southern Gas Association, where she contributed to employee engagement and high-potential development efforts. She also spent six years as Talent, Learning, HRBP, and Development Director at YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), a global leadership community, where she was responsible for the strategic implementation of learning and leadership initiatives.

Nicolle’s career also includes her role as Director of Development at the American Arbitration Association, where she created and led training programs across multiple platforms, focusing on operational excellence and change management.
