Pune, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — Volante Technologies has announced the appointment of Nidhi Bhatia as Associate Director, Global Talent Acquisition, strengthening its global people leadership as the company continues to scale its AI-native cloud payments modernization platform worldwide.
In her new role, Nidhi will lead global talent acquisition strategy, leadership hiring, workforce planning and employer branding initiatives to support Volante’s rapid growth across engineering, product, payments, and go-to-market functions globally.
Nidhi Bhatia brings nearly two decades of global talent acquisition and workforce transformation experience across financial services, fintech and enterprise technology organizations.
Prior to her promotion, she served as Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Volante Technologies, where she led global leadership hiring, campus programs, recruitment operations and talent management frameworks across geographies, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to scale Volante’s workforce supporting mission-critical payments infrastructure used by the world’s largest financial institutions.
Earlier, she spent over four years at Icertis as Lead Consultant – Talent Acquisition, driving executive and leadership hiring, global stakeholder partnerships and recruitment process transformation.
Her earlier career includes senior recruitment leadership roles at Emtec Inc., Synechron Technologies, FIS, and Alp Consulting, building deep expertise across BFSI, fintech, enterprise software and global delivery hiring ecosystems.
