New Delhi, Delhi, India, February 2026 – Nidhi Puri has started a new position as Senior Vice President, People Partner – South Asia at WPP Media, marking a significant step in her HR leadership journey across global and regional enterprises.
In her new role, Nidhi will lead the people partnering charter across South Asia, supporting business leaders in driving talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce transformation in alignment with WPP Media’s ambition of intelligent growth in the AI era.
Prior to joining WPP Media, Nidhi served as Head – People Business Partnering (India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh) at CBRE, where she led HR strategy across multiple geographies. Over more than six years, she partnered closely with leadership teams to strengthen business relationship management, talent frameworks, and career development initiatives across the region.
Earlier, she worked with Genpact as Consultant (APAC Program Manager – Executive Referrals), where she drove executive referral programs and talent analytics initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. Her professional journey also includes a tenure at Affiliated Computer Services in the United States as Project Manager (Chief of Staff Operations), contributing to operations leadership and strategic program management.
Nidhi’s foundational HR leadership experience includes her role at Hewitt Associates LLC as Human Resources Advisor and Head HR for the Benefits Outsourcing Business (Hewitt TDC), where she led HR operations and talent management initiatives. She began her HR career with HCL Comnet and Trisoft Systems Pvt. Ltd., after an early commercial role at Blue Dart.
An MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Pune, Nidhi brings over two decades of experience spanning HR business partnering, talent analytics, executive programs, and cross-border people strategy.
