Arvind J appointed as Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Movate

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Movate, a global digital technology and customer experience services company, has announced the appointment of Arvind J as its new Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With more than two decades of HR leadership experience across global technology and digital enterprises, Arvind’s appointment strengthens Movate’s commitment to building an agile, people-first organization powered by innovation and purpose.

In his new role, Arvind will lead Movate’s global HR strategy—focusing on leadership development, organizational transformation, and talent scalability across multiple geographies. His expertise in aligning people practices with business growth will be instrumental in advancing Movate’s mission of fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and innovation-driven culture.

Before joining Movate, Arvind served as Global CHRO at Mastek, where he was responsible for shaping transformative HR strategies across international operations and driving global people frameworks that enhanced collaboration, governance, and culture integration. Prior to Mastek, he was Global Head of Human Resources at DMI (Digital Management, LLC), where he led global HR integration post-acquisitions, harmonized organizational culture, and implemented programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Earlier in his career, Arvind held senior leadership roles at CMS IT Services, Cisco Systems, Wipro Limited, and Ramco Systems, where he played a pivotal role in scaling teams, driving HR process transformation, and strengthening performance management systems. His strategic mindset and deep experience in managing cross-border workforces position him as a key enabler of Movate’s next phase of global growth.

Arvind’s leadership will help Movate continue its transformation into a future-ready, people-centric digital enterprise—focused on empowering talent, driving innovation, and delivering sustainable value to clients and employees alike.
