Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2024 – Nidhi Singh has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Sirius AI. Nidhi brings a wealth of experience in HR management and strategic planning to her new role, where she will oversee HR functions and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
Nidhi’s most recent role was as HR Business Partner at Sakshath Technologies, where she worked for approximately two and a half years. In this role, she managed HR processes, including staffing, performance management, training, and development. Nidhi played a crucial role in handling operational and business issues related to HR and admin, dealing with grievances, and administrating disciplinary procedures.
Before that, Nidhi served as Human Resources Manager at REGO – Your Travel Partner for nearly two years. She managed the full spectrum of HR and admin functions, conducted interviews, supported HR activities, and handled grievance procedures. She was responsible for maintaining employee records, administering performance appraisals, and managing pay plans.
From there, Nidhi held the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources at MapmyIndia for approximately three years. She took care of the complete onboarding and induction process, prepared offer letters and employment contracts, tracked leave records, managed performance appraisals, and developed HR plans and policies in line with the company’s overall development plan.

Nidhi’s earlier roles include working as an HR Sr. Executive at EPAM Systems for about one year, where she tracked leave records, managed performance appraisals, and developed HR plans and policies. She also worked on recruitment, coordinating campus drives and volume hires.
Nidhi began her career as an HR Executive at Global Benefits Group (GBG) and Virinchi Technologies Ltd., where she was responsible for recruitment, coordinating drives, and employee engagement activities.
