Jackson joins Armadin after nearly seven years at Gigamon, bringing extensive expertise in human resources, organizational development, talent strategy, and business transformation.
With more than 16 years of experience across human resources, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and organizational leadership, Anna Jackson has built a strong track record of developing high-performing teams and leading people strategies for fast-growing technology and cybersecurity companies. As Vice President, People at Armadin, she will lead the company’s global people strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, leadership development, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and culture as Armadin accelerates innovation in AI-powered cybersecurity.
Prior to joining Armadin, Jackson spent nearly seven years at Gigamon, where she most recently served as Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, she led strategic HR initiatives, partnering with executive leadership to strengthen organizational capability, talent development, and business growth. Earlier, she served as Senior Director, Global HR Business Partners, helping build and scale the company’s global HR business partnering function while supporting organizational transformation during a period of continued expansion.
Before Gigamon, Jackson spent more than six years at Mandiant, progressing through several HR leadership roles including HR Director, Senior HR Manager, and HR Manager/Senior HR Business Partner. During her tenure, she played a key role in talent management, succession planning, change management, employee relations, and recruitment, while leading HR efforts for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration. Earlier in her career, she held HR and Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition roles at McAfee, building a strong foundation in global talent acquisition and human resources that has shaped her leadership journey in the cybersecurity industry.
