Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Niju Plamin Ebenezer has been elevated to the role of General Manager – Group HR Head at Entero Healthcare. In this expanded mandate, he will continue to anchor the people agenda for one of India’s fastest-growing healthcare distribution platforms, strengthening workforce strategy, culture, performance, and organization-wide HR governance at scale.
In his journey of nearly five years with Entero Healthcare, Niju Plamin Ebenezer has moved through progressively larger responsibilities. After contributing for about two years as Senior Manager – Human Resources, he stepped up as Assistant General Manager – HR for a little over two years. Most recently, he served for close to a year as General Manager, Lead HRBP, where he partnered closely with business leaders and the CHRO, supporting a workforce of 3,500+ employees across India and driving enterprise-wide initiatives in talent priorities, workforce planning, HR operations, policy execution, performance, engagement, rewards, leadership pipeline programs, and corporate communications.
Prior to Entero, he spent nearly two years with the Zydus Group as HR Business Partner – Cluster 3, enabling leadership and talent priorities across business divisions with an employee base of around 1,800+.
Earlier, he built a strong corporate HR foundation across more than four years with Alkem Laboratories Ltd., progressing through Management Trainee HR, Assistant Manager – Corporate HR, and Deputy Manager – Corporate HR roles. His responsibilities spanned corporate functions and multiple business verticals, supporting business-aligned HR systems, productivity, engagement, and end-to-end people lifecycle initiatives.
His early-career exposure also includes stints with Vijay Sales in both HR Executive and project-based capacities, along with internships at The Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd. and GVK, which shaped his grounding in HR operations, analytics, L&D, and workforce diagnostics.
Overall, his progression reflects a consistent blend of strategic HR business partnering and hands-on execution—capabilities that align well with the evolving people needs of high-growth, multi-location organizations.
