Zurich, Switzerland, August 2025 — Nikhil Nicholas has been appointed Global Brand Director, Cadbury Dairy Milk at Mondelēz International, based in Zurich. This appointment marks a significant advancement in his 16-year journey with the company, where he has demonstrated consistent excellence in brand building and strategic marketing.
Over the past 16 years with Mondelēz International, Nikhil has held several key leadership roles, including Global Marketing Manager for Cadbury in Zurich and Marketing Lead for Chocolates in South East Asia in Kuala Lumpur. In these capacities, he has driven growth initiatives, built powerful brand narratives, and successfully launched campaigns across diverse consumer segments.
Earlier in his career, Nikhil’s journey began as an Intern at Accenture in Mumbai. From these early beginnings, he has steadily climbed the leadership ladder at Mondelēz International, showcasing his keen ability to scale iconic brands like Cadbury and contribute significantly to the global chocolate category’s growth strategy.
Nikhil holds an MBA in Sales & Marketing from IIM Calcutta, and a B.Tech. in Computer Engineering from NIT Surat, underpinning his leadership with strong academic foundations and technical insight.
