Berlin, Germany, November 2024 – Nikhil (Nik) Gurjar has joined Delivery Hero as the Director People Systems, where he will lead efforts to enhance the organization’s people systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration and transformative impact across global operations.
Nikhil brings a wealth of experience in driving talent and system integration strategies. Prior to joining Delivery Hero, he spent over seven years at Zalando, where he held multiple leadership roles. As the Senior Delivery Lead/Principal Talent Solutions, he oversaw Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning portfolios, leading a team of specialists to implement transformative programs using Workday. Previously, as the Delivery Lead Talent Solutions, he managed the Talent Acquisition tech landscape and career page product, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Before Zalando, Nikhil served as a Senior IT Project Manager at Zalando, driving software evaluation and implementing innovative solutions like the zLife social intranet and offline channel integration projects. His earlier roles include Sr. Techno-functional Consultant at MEGA International and IT Project Manager at ]init[ – Services for the eSociety, where he spearheaded project planning, execution, and stakeholder management for complex IT systems.
Nikhil’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his experience as the Co-Founder of India Someday, where he managed travel planning and client acquisition for international markets. He also contributed to strategic initiatives at Nokia Siemens Networks and gained leadership experience during his tenure at AIESEC Mumbai.
