Cambridge, England, United Kingdom, November 2024 – Julie Archer has been named the Director of People and Operations at Environment Bank, where she will play a pivotal role in overseeing the organization’s people strategy and operational excellence to support its mission of enhancing biodiversity and sustainability.
Julie brings a wealth of expertise in people management and organizational transformation. Prior to joining Environment Bank, she served as a Human Resources Business Consultant at JJ HR Consulting, where she provided strategic HR solutions for hybrid teams across Cambridge and London.
Before this, Julie briefly held the position of Director of People and Talent at Lawyers on Demand, where she focused on aligning talent strategies with business objectives. At Bidwells, she had a notable tenure of nearly eight years, serving as the Director of People and Change and later as HR Director, leading critical change management initiatives and organizational development.
Julie’s extensive leadership experience also includes serving as Group Human Resources Director at Norland Managed Services and as Human Resources Director at Greene King, where she drove key HR transformations. Earlier in her career, she worked as European HR & Customer Services Director at APCOA Parking (UK) Ltd., and as Group HR Director at VINCI Park UK, gaining extensive international HR and customer service experience.
