Katie joined TuVida in February 2023 as Head of Talent Acquisition, where she successfully strengthened recruitment strategies and built a robust talent pipeline to support the organization’s mission. Before TuVida, Katie held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Bakkavor, where she managed recruitment operations for a leading provider of fresh prepared foods. During her nearly three-year tenure, she optimized talent acquisition processes and contributed to the company’s growth by attracting and retaining top talent.
Katie’s career includes a notable five-year period as Talent Acquisition Manager at The Nottingham Building Society, where she streamlined recruitment frameworks and implemented strategic resourcing solutions. Her leadership enhanced the organization’s ability to meet its talent needs effectively.
Katie began her career in recruitment and talent management with roles at Experian, Capita, and Protocol National Ltd. Over a decade, she gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, resourcing partnerships, and recruitment strategy development, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions to meet business and organizational goals.
