Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, November 2025 — Nikki Irwin has been appointed as Head of People & Culture at SSP Limited, a leading global provider of technology systems and software solutions for the insurance industry. In her new role, Nikki will lead SSP’s global people and culture strategy, supporting organizational transformation, talent development, and employee engagement across its international operations.
Before joining SSP Limited, Nikki Irwin spent nearly six years with Praxis Care, where she held multiple senior HR leadership roles. As Head of HR Operations and Services and later as Acting Director of HR, she was responsible for driving people strategies across the organization’s UK and Ireland operations, focusing on workforce planning, HR transformation, and cultural alignment to support inclusive growth.
Prior to her tenure at Praxis Care, Nikki served as Head of HR at Intelling Ltd, where she led strategic HR initiatives for the company’s expanding workforce. She played a key role in developing people-focused policies, leadership capability programs, and change management frameworks that enhanced employee experience and retention.
Earlier, she spent a decade at Convergys Intelligent Contact, where she began as an HR Business Partner and rose to lead a team supporting over 1,000 employees in contact centre operations. Her contributions included designing and implementing HR strategies that optimized operational efficiency and strengthened employee relations across large-scale teams.
Nikki Irwin is a CIPD-qualified HR professional, holding a certification in Human Resources Management and Services from Queens / Belfast Metropolitan College (2006–2010).
