With over two decades of experience in human resources, Nikki joins the organization to lead its people strategy, fostering a culture of connection, trust, and empowerment across its global workforce.

Before joining SSP Limited, Nikki Irwin served at Praxis Care for nearly six years, where she most recently held the role of Head of HR Operations and Services and also served as Acting Director of HR. Her tenure at Praxis Care was marked by a deep commitment to employee well-being, leadership development, and implementing operational excellence across HR systems and services.
Earlier, she worked as Head of HR at Intelling Ltd, where she led HR transformation, engagement, and performance management strategies across the organization’s UK operations. Her ability to build people-first cultures and enhance employee experience positioned her as a trusted strategic partner to the leadership team.
Prior to that, Nikki spent a decade at Convergys Intelligent Contact, where she served as HR Business Partner, managing a team of HR professionals supporting over 1,000 employees. Her focus on creating high-trust workplaces and her hands-on leadership approach have defined her HR philosophy throughout her career.
Nikki describes her leadership style as “approachable, authentic, and practical – focused on getting things done while always keeping people at the heart of every decision.” Beyond her corporate journey, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and son, soaking up the beauty of the Irish coast.
