Heimstaden has promoted Nikolaj Brammer to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). With over three years of robust involvement at the company, Brammer steps into this role to steer Heimstaden’s commercial strategies across Europe, particularly focusing on the company’s growth and expansion in the real estate market.
Nikolaj Brammer joined Heimstaden in January 2021 as a Manager in the Equity Capital Market (ECM) team. During his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in the company’s financial structuring and strategy, significantly contributing to Heimstaden’s rapid growth which saw the raising of over €5 billion in new equity in 2021 alone. His achievements include enhancing the company’s financial, social, and environmental outcomes, underscoring his capacity to lead at the highest levels.
Prior to his latest appointment, Brammer held the position of Chief Business Development Officer, where he was instrumental in driving the company’s international expansion efforts. His strategic foresight and leadership were crucial as he managed the investment and finance teams and served as the board secretary.
Before joining Heimstaden, Brammer accumulated extensive experience at Bain & Company, where he developed key insights into organizational strategy and business development, followed by a role in teaching at ASPIRI A/S, further honing his expertise in economic and financial disciplines.
