Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 – Nimish Ramesh has stepped into the role of Head HR at Lupin Digital Health, the digital therapeutics subsidiary of Lupin. In this key leadership role, Nimish will drive people strategy, talent management, and culture-building as the company accelerates its mission to reset healthcare benchmarks through technology-driven care.
Nimish joined Lupin Digital Health over two years ago, first as Senior Manager HR and now elevated to Head HR. In this period, he played a pivotal role in building the HR function from the ground up in a digital-first, high-growth health-tech ecosystem. His contributions include designing performance management frameworks, tripling the workforce, orchestrating high-satisfaction onboarding journeys, establishing the HRBP model across digital, clinical, and sales teams, and ensuring regulatory HR compliance with CDSCO and ISO standards. Nimish has been central to shaping scalable, secure, and innovative people practices aligned with rapid business expansion.
Before joining Lupin Digital Health, Nimish was an HR Business Partner at WhiteHat Jr, where he managed HRBP operations for global sales and training teams across India, US, UK, and ANZ. He built and implemented core HR systems, sales performance management frameworks, and productivity tracking, while leading complex HR interventions and onboarding strategies for a rapidly scaling edtech company.
Nimish’s prior experience at Cummins India includes roles as Plant HR Head at Cummins Electronics & Fuel Systems and Senior Manager HR. He was responsible for end-to-end HR and IR operations at a major manufacturing facility, driving 100% hiring fulfillment, implementing learning and engagement plans, reducing attrition, and maintaining flawless compliance across labor law audits. His contributions to talent planning and workforce development in a joint venture setup with Tata Motors were recognized for their impact and effectiveness.
Earlier in his journey, Nimish served as a core team member of S.H.A.P.A.T.H. (CSR cell at SCMHRD), led large teams in social projects, and completed HR internships with Cummins India Ltd and DyStar, where he developed frameworks for employee engagement and appreciation.
Nimish holds a Master of Business Administration from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), reinforcing his foundation in business and HR management.
