Gothenburg, Västra Götaland County, Sweden, September 2025 – Nina Amundstuen has started a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Visit Group, where she will play a key role in shaping HR strategy and supporting the company’s mission to build a unified digital ecosystem for the travel and hospitality industry.
Nina joins Visit Group after serving as CHRO at ENRX Group for over a year, where she was responsible for leading HR transformation and people strategy across the organization.
Prior to that, she spent more than five years at EcoOnline Global, holding senior roles including SVP People Success and VP People, Culture & Processes. In these roles, she oversaw HR, IT, Compliance, Legal, and Certifications, and reported directly to the CEO, making significant contributions to global workforce development and organizational culture.
Earlier, Nina dedicated more than a decade to Avanade, where she held multiple senior leadership positions including Capability Director, Head of Application Development, Director HR Operations, and Nordic HR Director. Her responsibilities spanned HR strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and IT management, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams.
She also spent several years at Tieto as Human Resources Director, where she drove HR strategy and organizational development. Before that, she held various leadership roles across organizations such as DNV, Tele2, Objectware, BBDO, Enitel, and Telia, building a strong foundation in HR, organizational development, and leadership.
