New York City Metropolitan Area, United States, January 2026 – Nina Putnam, M.S. has been appointed as Head of Human Resources – Corporate at Wonder, the innovative mealtime platform transforming how people experience food. In her new role, Nina will lead Wonder’s corporate HR strategy, talent and inclusion initiatives, organizational development, and workforce growth as the company continues its rapid expansion across brands including Blue Apron, Grubhub, Seamless, Relay, and Tastemade.
Before joining Wonder, Nina Putnam served for nearly four years at Kering as Vice President – Inclusion & Diversity Americas. She established Kering Americas’ first Talent, Inclusion & Diversity Center of Excellence, aligning people strategy with business objectives across North America and LATAM. Nina led enterprise talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility programs while embedding DEI into hiring, leadership development, and culture. She also modernized recruitment through AI-driven, skills-based tools, launched employee resource groups engaging over 3,000 employees, and built data-led DEI dashboards to drive transparent decision-making.
Prior to Kering, Nina spent close to four years at Walmart in senior DEI and talent roles. As Senior Program Manager – Global DEI Talent Strategic Partnerships, she built enterprise-wide inclusive recruiting frameworks, managed over $10 million in external partnerships including OneTen and HBCUs, and implemented skills-based hiring across the organization. Earlier, as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, she led recruiting strategy for Walmart’s supply chain division spanning 200+ locations, strengthening diverse pipelines and deploying innovative sourcing models.
Her experience also includes nearly three years at Jet, where she built HR operations from the ground up, overseeing recruitment, performance management, compliance, and leadership development for large fulfillment teams. At The TJX Companies, Nina served in multiple learning and development leadership roles, designing regional L&D strategy and coaching senior leaders on capability building.
Nina began her HR career in training and organizational development roles with Destination Imagination, Staffmark, GlaxoSmithKline, and the Philadelphia KiXX, gaining strong foundations in program design, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale learning logistics.
Nina Putnam holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Drexel University (2011–2013).
