Prior to joining Aivar Innovations, Savari Gotadki spent over eight years with Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she held multiple leadership roles including APJC Talent Acquisition Leader, Talent Acquisition Leader – India & ASEAN, and Talent Acquisition Manager – India. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in scaling complex business groups across the APJC region, building strong talent pipelines, and enabling rapid growth in one of the world’s leading cloud organizations.
Earlier, she served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Dell EMC, where she was responsible for building the executive search and talent acquisition strategy for the sales organization across India. Her work significantly improved hiring outcomes while optimizing recruitment processes and reducing dependency on external agencies.
Before this, Savari worked as Recruitment Lead at Capgemini, where she led large-scale hiring initiatives and managed recruitment teams across India, supporting business growth and workforce expansion.
She also held roles at McAfee as a Recruiter and began her career as a Recruitment Consultant at Spectrum Consultants, building a strong foundation in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
