Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, March 2026 – Renuity has announced the appointment of Nirav Patel as Director of Compensation, strengthening its leadership team as it continues to scale its operations across the home improvement sector. In this role, Nirav will lead compensation strategy, focusing on building competitive and performance-driven reward frameworks aligned with business growth.
Prior to joining Renuity, Nirav Patel spent over seven years at Advance Auto Parts, where he held multiple roles including Senior Manager – Compensation, Senior Compensation Consultant, and Compensation Consultant. During his tenure, he played a key role in designing and managing compensation programs, enhancing executive visibility, and aligning reward strategies with organizational objectives.
Earlier at Advance Auto Parts, he also served as Finance Manager – Incentive Based Compensation, where he led incentive program design and financial planning for compensation structures, bridging finance and HR functions effectively.
Before transitioning into compensation leadership, Nirav worked at Red Hat as a Business Analyst, gaining experience in analytics and business operations. He also held roles at Global Knowledge Training as Senior Financial Analyst, where he led financial reporting and forecasting initiatives, and at The Washington Post, where he served as Finance Manager – Sales Revenue Analytics and Senior Financial Analyst, driving revenue analytics, incentive compensation modeling, and financial planning.
He began his career with roles at MedImmune and Network Solutions, building a strong foundation in financial analysis and structured finance.
Nirav holds an MBA in Finance from George Mason University – Costello College of Business, equipping him with strong analytical and strategic capabilities in compensation and financial management.
