Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 — Nisha Krishan has joined Flam as Head of Partnerships & Alliances, where she will spearhead the firm’s channel strategy, growth initiatives, and strategic partnerships across emerging markets. In her new role, she will be responsible for building a comprehensive partner program, strengthening market positioning, and driving long-term partner success as Flam expands its reach globally. Alongside this role, she continues to serve as a Board Member at Futurris, an experience transformation company specializing in AI-driven strategy, design, and build solutions.
Nisha brings over a decade of experience in digital transformation, customer experience, and MarTech strategy. Most recently, she spent more than seven years at Everest Group, where she advanced through leadership roles including Vice President of Marketing and Interactive Experience and Practice Director for Digital Experience Transformation. During this period, she scaled the firm’s practices, drove significant client growth, and built domain leadership in customer and digital experience.
Before her tenure at Everest Group, she served as Senior Business Analyst at Evalueserve, where she managed complex engagements in AdTech and Voice of Customer (VoC). She also worked at Capgemini Invent as a Consultant, advising retail and CPG clients on growth strategies, after beginning her association with the firm as a summer intern through its prestigious Chrysalis program.
Her early career includes research and strategic roles at Practicing Strategists and the Laboratoire de Biologie et de Pharmacologie Appliquée, France, where she contributed to projects that shaped her cross-functional expertise in research, strategy, and innovation.
Nisha’s appointment at Flam reinforces the company’s commitment to scaling its AI-powered solutions and deepening global partnerships to redefine immersive advertising and customer engagement.
