Katie brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling leading consumer brands. Most recently, she served as U.S. Chief Marketing Officer at Haleon, a multinational consumer health company, where she was responsible for driving brand growth, strengthening consumer connections, and advancing integrated marketing strategies across the U.S. market.
