Malini Moorthy Appointed as Chief People Officer at QBurst

Kochi, Kerala, India, February 2026 —QBurst has appointed Malini Moorthy as Chief People Officer, marking a significant leadership addition to the organization. With over three decades of extensive experience in human capital leadership, Malini will spearhead QBurst’s people strategy, focusing on strengthening the organization’s talent ecosystem, cultivating future-ready leadership capabilities, and fostering the culture that underpins QBurst’s continued growth and identity.

In her new role at QBurst, Malini will lead enterprise-wide people and culture initiatives, aligning talent strategy with business growth while reinforcing a high-performance, AI-driven digital engineering environment. Her appointment reflects QBurst’s commitment to building a resilient, future-ready workforce and sustaining people-centric excellence.

Prior to joining QBurst, Malini served as Senior Vice President at Hexaware Technologies, where she played a pivotal role in driving large-scale HR transformation, talent strategy, and leadership development across the organization. Earlier, she was Head – Talent Management at NSEIT LIMITED, leading talent development frameworks and strengthening organizational capability.

She also previously held the position of AVP HR at Hexaware Technologies Limited, contributing significantly to the company’s human capital growth over a decade. Her early leadership journey included serving as Centre Manager at SVAM Software Ltd, laying the foundation for her distinguished career in HR leadership.

An alumna of the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, where she earned her PGDBA, Malini is widely recognized for designing and implementing large-scale talent transformation and leadership development initiatives. Her professional journey demonstrates a consistent focus on organizational excellence and sustainable people growth.

Her appointment reinforces QBurst’s strategic emphasis on people-first growth, leadership capability building, and sustained organizational excellence.
