Prior to joining QBurst, Malini served as Senior Vice President at Hexaware Technologies, where she played a pivotal role in driving large-scale HR transformation, talent strategy, and leadership development across the organization. Earlier, she was Head – Talent Management at NSEIT LIMITED, leading talent development frameworks and strengthening organizational capability.
She also previously held the position of AVP HR at Hexaware Technologies Limited, contributing significantly to the company’s human capital growth over a decade. Her early leadership journey included serving as Centre Manager at SVAM Software Ltd, laying the foundation for her distinguished career in HR leadership.
An alumna of the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, where she earned her PGDBA, Malini is widely recognized for designing and implementing large-scale talent transformation and leadership development initiatives.
