Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2024 – Nishant Gupta has been appointed as the new Managing Director & Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). With a rich experience spanning over 16 years at BCG, Nishant brings exceptional leadership and strategic expertise to his new role.
Nishant has been an integral part of BCG since he joined the firm over 16 years ago. Before stepping into his current role, he served as a Managing Director and Partner for seven years. In this capacity, Nishant led numerous high-impact projects, driving business transformation and delivering strategic insights to clients in various industries.
Prior to this, Nishant held the position of Principal for three years in the Chennai Area, where he played a pivotal role in managing client relationships and leading project teams to develop innovative solutions for complex business challenges.
Nishant’s journey at BCG began as a Consultant in the New Delhi Area, where he spent four years honing his consulting skills and contributing to the firm’s growth. His exceptional performance and dedication led to his promotion to Project Leader, a role in which he excelled for nearly two years before advancing to Principal.
Throughout his tenure at BCG, Nishant has demonstrated a consistent track record of success, marked by his ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster client relationships, and drive significant business outcomes.
