Tiruvalla, Kerala, India, November 2025 – Dolce Estetica, a fast-growing chain of premium aesthetic and dermatology clinics, has appointed Nissy Eapen as Head of People and Operations. In this pivotal role, Nissy will oversee the organization’s human resources and operational strategies, ensuring seamless execution and scalability as the brand continues its rapid expansion. Her leadership will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, fostering a people-centric culture, and aligning talent strategy with business growth.
Prior to joining Dolce Estetica, Nissy served as Deputy Manager – Human Resources at Thiruvalla Medical Mission, where she led strategic HR initiatives for the multispecialty hospital. During her tenure, she implemented structured appraisal systems, developed standard operating procedures (SOPs), and introduced digital HR systems through an ERP rollout, enhancing efficiency and compliance across departments.
Earlier, Nissy spent more than eight years at Believers Church Medical College Hospital, where she progressed through roles from Junior HR Officer to Senior Human Resources Officer. Her contributions included driving workforce planning, employee engagement, training programs, and people process optimization — reinforcing the hospital’s reputation as a people-first healthcare institution.
She also gained international experience working in Operations at Dun & Bradstreet in Dubai, where she developed a keen understanding of cross-functional coordination and project management in a global business environment.
Nissy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, which has provided her with a strong foundation in leadership, HR strategy, and organizational behavior.
