In her new role, Barbara will oversee HR and cultural transformation initiatives across Dipharma’s international operations, driving talent development, organizational alignment, and a high-performance culture that supports innovation and global expansion.
Before joining Dipharma Francis S.r.l, Barbara had an impressive 14-year tenure at Eigenmann & Veronelli Group, where she served as Human Resources Director. In this capacity, she led HR operations across multiple geographies, aligning people strategies with business growth, fostering leadership development, and enhancing employee engagement in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
Prior to that, Barbara worked with Prysmian, one of the world’s leading producers of cables and systems for energy and telecommunications. During her nearly seven-year journey with the company, she held two key leadership positions — Training & Development Manager Corporate and HR Manager Europe. She played an instrumental role in designing global training frameworks, strengthening the organization’s talent pipeline, and building leadership capabilities across regions.
Earlier in her career, Barbara spent close to nine years with Pirelli Tyres, where she advanced through multiple HR leadership roles, including HR Manager Sales & Marketing Europe Market/Associates, HR Manager Sales & Marketing Italy, and Training & Recruiting Manager. Her contributions at Pirelli were central to building high-performing commercial teams and developing comprehensive recruitment and training structures across the European market.
Barbara’s distinguished career is a testament to her deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, organizational development, and talent transformation, making her a valuable addition to Dipharma’s executive leadership team.
