During her tenure, she implemented structured appraisal systems, developed standard operating procedures (SOPs), and introduced digital HR systems through an ERP rollout, enhancing efficiency and compliance across departments.

Her contributions included driving workforce planning, employee engagement, training programs, and people process optimization — reinforcing the hospital’s reputation as a people-first healthcare institution.

She also gained international experience working in Operations at Dun & Bradstreet in Dubai, where she developed a keen understanding of cross-functional coordination and project management in a global business environment.

Nissy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, which has provided her with a strong foundation in leadership, HR strategy, and organizational behavior.
