Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India – Nithin Bhagath, a seasoned executive with over two decades of extensive experience in various high-level roles, has been named the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DN Homes Pvt Ltd. Mr. Bhagath will lead the company’s real estate ventures focusing on residential and retail commercial spaces in Odisha, an emerging state popularly acknowledged as “the best-kept secret of India.”
Having begun his latest role in April 2024, Nithin Bhagath expressed his excitement about his new position, stating, “With the blessings of Almighty, delighted to share that I have taken up a new role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DN Homes. In this new assignment, I shall be responsible to lead and navigate the group’s Real Estate business of residential and retail commercial spaces.” He further extended his gratitude towards the Group Chairman Shri Jagdish Prasad Naik Sir, and Director Ratnamala Swain for this opportunity.
Prior to joining DN Homes, Bhagath served as the Senior Vice President – Head of Strategy Sales Marketing & CRM at JUSTO Realfintech Pvt. Ltd., where he spearheaded growth and profitability initiatives in Mumbai’s real estate sector. His previous positions also include Senior Vice President Sales-National Business Head at Puravankara Limited and Vice President Sales-South at Shriram Properties Ltd, where he managed a broad portfolio of projects and contributed significantly to each organization’s growth.
Nithin’s career also includes leadership roles at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited and Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, where he excelled in customer acquisition and business strategy across various Indian regions. His earlier experience encompasses pivotal roles at major telecommunications and FMCG companies, culminating in a robust understanding of diverse business operations and strategic marketing.
