Prior to joining 1Point1, Nitin served as Managing Partner at Lighthouse Solution Partners, where he collaborated with Fintech and Edutech companies to accelerate digital transformation, enhance process efficiency, and establish strategic ecosystem partnerships. His tenure as President at YES BANK saw him lead digital journeys in customer lifecycle management, cost optimization, and sales effectiveness across retail, cards, and SME segments.
Earlier, Nitin held senior leadership roles as Director at Deloitte, where he drove banking transformation projects across geographies, and at GE Capital (SBI Cards), where he led strategic initiatives in operational excellence, process re-engineering, and risk management. His professional experience also spans impactful roles at Bharti Airtel, Tata Teleservices, and Hutchison Ports, where he helped establish customer experience frameworks and technology-enabled service models.
Nitin’s proven track record in business transformation, cost optimization, and customer lifecycle excellence positions him to lead 1Point1 into its next phase of innovation and sustainable growth.
