San Juan, Puerto Rico, September 2024 – Alivia Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Noelia Ramos Torres as their new Chief People Officer. In her new role, Ramos Torres will spearhead the company’s people operations, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, driving talent management strategies, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Noelia Ramos Torres most recently served as the People Operations Manager at Alivia Health. During her tenure of over a year, she excelled in modernizing HR policies, handling employee relations, and implementing performance management initiatives. Her role involved collaborating closely with executives on talent management and compliance, and developing training programs to upskill employees.
Before joining Alivia Health, Ramos Torres was the Head of Human Resources at Medplus Solutions for over three years. She led HR functions across two locations, San Juan and Bogotá, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance with local regulations. Key projects included a cultural revamp, the introduction of recognition programs, and the implementation of new HR systems.
Prior to Medplus Solutions, she worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Triple-S for five months, where she provided performance management guidance and supported employee engagement initiatives. Her career also includes roles as a Learning & OD Consultant at Santander Consumer USA, where she focused on leadership development and employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, Ramos Torres was an Operational Training Specialist at Santander Consumer USA and a Human Resources Development Specialist at MCS Puerto Rico. At both organizations, she was instrumental in training, development, and performance improvement plans.
