Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, April 2025 – Nora AlMansour has been appointed as Head of Human Resources and Administration at American Express Saudi Arabia. In her new role, Nora will be responsible for leading the organization’s HR and administration strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational excellence, employee engagement, and the overall enhancement of human capital initiatives to align with the company’s strategic goals.

Prior to her new role, Nora AlMansour served as Human Capital Business Partnership Senior Director at SAUDI PAYMENTS, where she managed business partnership and excellence functions while also deputizing for the Senior Vice President of Human Capital. Her leadership was instrumental in embedding business-aligned HR strategies and enhancing talent management frameworks.

Previously, she was Human Capital Business Partnership Director at SAUDI PAYMENTS, where she led strategic HR initiatives across critical business units, focusing on strengthening talent pipelines and fostering organizational effectiveness.

Earlier in her career at SAUDI PAYMENTS, she served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Management Manager, where she played a vital role in building leadership capabilities, developing succession plans, and elevating employee experiences through performance management initiatives.

Before that, she built a strong foundation in HR as a Senior Recruitment Officer and Recruitment Officer at SADAD Payment System, leading recruitment planning, organizational design initiatives, onboarding processes, and employee retention strategies that supported the company’s rapid growth.

Her professional journey began as an HR Administrative Assistant at SADAD Payment System after completing her internship at The National Commercial Bank (NCB الأهلي).
