Copenhagen, Denmark, November 3, 2025 — Novo Holdings, a leading life sciences investment firm, has announced the appointment of Helle Bach as Chief People Officer, effective November 1, 2025. In her new role, Helle will join the Executive Leadership Team, drive talent strategy and recruitment, and oversee human resources functions across Novo Holdings’ seven offices in Europe, North America, and Asia.
Helle brings to Novo Holdings more than 20 years of experience in the People function, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Group HR at DSV, Denmark’s second-largest company by market capitalisation. Prior to this, she was Vice President, Corporate HR at Egmont International Holding. Over the course of her career, she has led global talent attraction strategies, implemented leadership development programs, and built integrated HR processes and policies that align organizational goals with culture across multiple geographies.
